What reports come with each Exercise in ApprenNet?

Every Exercise has a series of Reports. To locate all Reports, visit the relevant Exercise and select the Reports button located in the upper right corner of the Exercise page.

Each Exercise includes all or some of the following Reports:

  • Exercise Completion Report
  • Submissions
  • Rubric Review Results (if you set up Peer Review to include a rubric)
  • Submission Views
  • Submission Peer Reviews (again, if you set up Peer Review to include a rubric)
  • Comments and Feedback
  • Instructor Rubric Results (again, if you set up Peer Review to include a rubric)
  • Self-Reflection Comments

Exercise Completion Report

  • This Report shows a list of all the Learners in your Group. The first column notes the ranking (if applicable) and the second column notes the first and last name of each Learner. The following columns indicate with a check mark what learning stage the individual Learner completed. The top half of the report indicates the overall percentage of completion for each learning stage (e.g. Challenge, Peer Review, Expert Response, and Recap).

Submissions

  • This Report lists who submitted a response. Here, you select View Submission to be brought to that specific Learner's submission.

Rubric Review Results

  • If you included a rubric in your Peer Review stage, you will have access to this Report. The Report breaks down the results from each rubric question. The bar at the top of each question shows the overall results from all Learners, including the average score, and the breakdown of how many Learners voted for each choice. The columns list the name of the Learner for each submission, their average score per each rubric question, and the number of times each Learner was reviewed.

Submission Views

  • This Report shows the total number of submissions viewed by each Learner, and the number of Top and Featured Submissions viewed (if applicable). Hovering over the numbers in each column reveals details about the submissions each Learner viewed.

Submission Peer Review

  • The first column lists the rank (if applicable) of each submission. The second column lists the name of the Learner, clicking on the Learner's name takes you to a page with the Learner's video submission. The third column lists the time the Learner submitted his or her video. The fourth column lists the number of times the submission was chosen during Peer Review, and the fifth column lists how many reviews each Learner submitted to the Exercise.

Comments & Feedback

  • This Report compiles all comments on discussion threads and any feedback made by Learners. You can sort this Report by who made the feedback as well as who received the feedback.

Instructor Rubric Results

  • Again, if you included a rubric in your Peer Review stage, you will have access to this Report. The Report breaks down the results from each rubric question. The bar at the top of each question shows the overall results from all Instructors, including the average score, and the breakdown of how many Instructors voted for each choice. The columns list the name of the Learner for each submission, their average score per each rubric question, and the number of times each Learner was reviewed.

Self-Reflection Comments

With the ability to self-reflect on the Expert Response stage, any comments Learners leave will appear in this report.
