How do I send a message to a session in a live training?
Once users have registered for a session in a live training, you can message users in a specific session of the training. Messages are sent to the email address in each user's profile.
- Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
- Messaging is a one-way feature; users cannot reply to messages.
- Notifications must be enabled for the account.
Open Application Switcher Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon . Then, click the Author menu option .
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Open Live Trainings
In the Author menu, click the Live Trainings link.
Open Live Training
On the Live Trainings page, click the name of a training.
On the training details page, locate the session and click the Session Date link.
Click the Message icon.
In the text field, enter the content of your message.
Click the Send button.
Confirm your message was sent.
