How do I find a user to add to a group?
- If adding users via CSV file, the CSV should contain only users you want to add to the specified group.
- Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
Open Admin Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon . Then, click the Admin menu option .
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Open Manage Groups
In the Users and Permissions menu , click the Manage Groups link .
On the Groups page, click the name of a group.
Note: Users cannot be manually added to or removed from the All Learners smart group.
Click the Add User button . To add multiple users via CSV file, click the Add via CSV link .
In the text field, enter the name of a user in your account.
Click the name when it appears.
View the user in your group.
