How do I send a message to a group?
You can send a message to a group in your Bridge account. Messages are sent to the email address in each user's profile.
- Messaging is a one-way feature; users cannot reply to messages.
- Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
- Notifications must be enabled for the account.
Open Admin Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon . Then, click the Admin menu option .
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Open Manage Groups
In the Users and Permissions menu , click the Manage Groups link .
On the Groups page, click the name of the group.
Click the Message icon.
In the text field, enter the content of your message.
Click the Send button.
Confirm your message was sent.
