How do I use the My Career page as a manager?

If you are a manager with employees who report directly to you, you can use the Application Switcher to switch between the My Career page and the My Team page.

Open My Career Page

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon [1], then click the My Career option [2].

Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.

View My Career Page

All managers also have an employee role by default. The Career page lets you manage your own career development as a company employee. The My Career page displays an overview of your interactions [1], learning items [2], goals [3], and timeline [4].

Open My Team Page

The My Team page lets you manage your direct reports as a manager. To open the My Team page, click the Application Switcher icon [1], then click the My Team option [2].

View My Team Page

The My Team page includes a sortable list of your direct reports. 

Each of your direct reports is represented by an employee card. Employee cards display the employee's profile picture, name, and job title [1]. The employee card also displays the time since the last completed 1on1 session [2]. You can view the 1on1 agenda and timeline of an employee by clicking the View Agenda button [3]. You can select between a Performance Conversation agenda and regular 1on1 check-in agenda [4].

Sort Employees

To sort employees by last or first name, click the Sort By drop-down menu. Employee cards are sorted by last name by default.
