How do I add an item to a 1on1 agenda as a manager?
You can add discussion items, tasks, achievements, and learning items to the 1on1 agenda. You can also mark tasks in the agenda as complete.
Achievements can be viewed in your timeline in the My Career page. Tasks can be viewed in the Task List in the Global Navigation Menu.
Open My Team Page
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon , then click the My Team option .
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
Open Employee Agenda
In the My Team page, locate the employee's card and in the agenda drop-down menu, select the Check-in option . Then click the View Agenda button .
Add Discussion Item
To add a discussion item or hyperlink to the agenda, start typing in the Agenda Item field. To start a new line, click the Enter key (PC) or Return key (Mac).
If your administrator has provided suggested discussion topics, you can browse them by clicking the Browse Suggestions link .
Select Discussion Guide Topic
To view the discussion guide questions, click the title of a discussion topic.
Select Discussion Guide Question
Select the checkboxes next to the discussion guide questions you would like to add. Click the Add Question button.
Reorder Agenda Items
You can use the drag and drop option to reorder agenda and task items. Click the drag handle next to the agenda or task item. Drop the agenda or task item in the desired location by releasing the mouse.
Add Task Item
If you want to add a task, click the Add Task link and add a task title. Tasks can be assigned and given a due date.
Add Task Details
Add your text and click the Enter key (PC) or Return key (Mac).
You can assign the task to yourself or your manager by selecting the appropriate assignee from the drop-down menu .
To add a due date, click the Calendar icon  and select a date from the calendar.
To delete a task, click the Delete icon .
To add a new goal to your employee's goals, click the Add Goal link.
Add Goal Details
You can add a note  and a due date . You can also delete the goal  and view the goal on the Goals page .
Note: As a manager, you can only edit and delete the goals you create for your employee.
Add Achievement Item
To add an achievement to the agenda, click the Add Achievement link.
Add Achievement Details
To add a title to your employee’s achievement, enter your text in the Achievement Title field  and click the Enter key (PC) or Return key (Mac). The Achievement Title field is limited to 65 characters.
You can add more details about the achievement in the Description field . The Description field is limited to 500 characters.
To add a completion date for the achievement, click the Date field  and choose a date from the Calendar menu. If the date field is left blank, the current date will be used.
When you are finished adding the achievement details, click the Post on Timeline link .
To assign a learning item to your employee, click the Add Learning link.
Locate the learning item and click the Assign button. The learning item displays in the employee's Learning section.
Note: You can only assign learning items that appear in your organization's Learning Library.
