How do I view a user's email notifications in an account?

In the User Details page, you can view a user's email notifications.


  • Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
  • Notifications must sent via email to the user before they can be viewed in the user's account information.

Open Admin Menu

In the Global Navigation menu, click the Application Switcher icon [1]. Then, click the Admin menu option [2].

Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.

Open Manage Users

In the Users and Permissions menu [1], click the Manage Users link [2].

Open User Details

Click the name of the user.

View Notifications

In the User Details page, click the View Notifications button.

View Notifications Page

In the Notifications page, you can search for a specific email notification [1] or sort the notifications by date or subject [2]. To view the email notification message that was sent to the user, click the View icon [3].

Search for Notifications

In the Notifications page, in the Search field [1], enter a search term for the notification you want to locate [2]. The search results will automatically populate [3].


View Email Notification

To view a user's email notification, click the View icon [1]. The email notification sent to the user displays in another window [2]. You may need to scroll with your cursor to view the entire email notification message. To return to the notifications page, click the Close icon [3].

Note: You can only view email notification messages that have been sent to a user.
