You can make the item analysis visible or hide it from parents and students in the Mastery Connect Login. This is done through privacy settings in your tracker. By default, the item analysis is hidden unless the settings are changed. You can change the privacy settings to hide the item analysis for all assessments in your tracker, or individual assessments.
Open Tracker Settings
First, click on Trackers, and then select your tracker.
Click the Settings button to open the Tracker Settings menu.
Hide Item Analysis for All Assessments
To hide the item analysis from new assessments, deselect the Item Analysis checkbox .
To hide the item analysis from all assessments in the tracker, including previously created assessments, check the Apply to all assessments checkbox . Please note that applying the setting to all assessments will override any customized display settings on previously created assessments.
Click the Save button .
Hide Item Analysis for an Individual Assessment
For a single-standard assessment, click on the title of the standard that contains the assessment for which you want to hide the item analysis. Hover over the assessment title and select Privacy.
For a multi-standard assessment, first hover over the assessment title, select View and then click the Privacy tab.
Change and Save Privacy Settings
Select the Hide Item Analysis checkbox, and then click the Save button.
Note: This setting is initially defined by the privacy settings of your tracker. If you make a change to the assessment settings, and then change your tracker settings for all assessments, the tracker settings will override the individual assessment settings.
