Teacher Benchmark Dashboard Overview

The Teacher Benchmark Dashboard provides teachers with an easier way to access and assess benchmarks without having to go into each tracker. From the Benchmark Dashboard teachers will be able to generate the Test IDs, identify delivery windows, and access Performance Grader. The Benchmark Dashboard allows teachers to see all the Available benchmarks that have been delivered to their Trackers.

Under the Home Page tab, you will have a Dashboard sub-navigation bar. This will give you the option to switch between the Newsfeed and Benchmarks. Click on the tab to see the list of available benchmarks in all trackers.

If you are delivering the same Benchmark in multiple trackers, it will be listed for each tracker.

Benchmarks are listed based on their availability window, with the benchmark closing soonest appearing at the top.

When a Benchmark is made available, you can:

  • Click on the Title of the Benchmark to view the assessment info, assessment, reports, bubble sheets, print scores, notes/date and privacy.
  • Click on the Title of the Tracker to go directly to the Benchmark inside the tracker.

Click on the Title of the Section/Student Roster(student icon) to view the student list.

Click on the ASSESS button to open the assess modal with the Test ID, link to the LMS and to push to the student portal.

Click on and launch Performance Grader to view, score and grade the Benchmark.

If the students have submitted the Benchmark and it has any rubric scoring, the Performance Grader button will display Needs Grading. Click on Needs Grading to open Performance Grader and enter in the students' scores.

A circle graph will show how many students have been scored on the Benchmark. This will show Scored Submissions out of the Total number of Students.
