You can email a student report to parents from the tracker options. The parent email contains an optional custom message from you, a default message, and a link to view their student's individual report online in the parent portal.
In the Global Navigation Menu, click the Trackers link . In the Trackers page, click a tracker name link .
Open People Options
Click the tracker More Options icon , and select the People link .
Open Parent Email Window
Click the Email All Parents link.
The email template displays a list of all available parent email addresses . You can manage the recipient list by clicking the email checkboxes .
You can also preview the default email content . You can add additional text in the Additional Message field .
When you are ready to send the email, click the Send button .
