As an admin, you can view benchmark assessment reports that display data for your entire institution. However, from the overview, you drill down to view benchmark assessment results for individual schools, teachers, and courses.
Open Admin
In the Global Navigation Menu, click the Admin link.
Open Benchmark Assessments
Hover over the Assessments link [1] and click the Benchmarks link [2].
Open Benchmark Assessment Report
Locate the benchmark assessment in the Assessments list and click the View Reports icon [1].
You can find an assessment using the search [2] and filter options [3].
Open School Report Details
By default, the benchmark assessment report displays results for the institution as a whole and for each school. To view the benchmark assessment report for a specific school at your institution, locate the school in the report and click the Mastery for [school name] link [1].
Alternatively, you can click the School drop-down menu [2] and click a school in the list.
View School Report Details
View the school-level mastery chart [1]. The school-level report also displays mastery charts for each teacher with courses that completed the assessment [2].
Open Instructor Report Details
To view benchmark assessment details for a specific teacher at the selected school, locate the teacher in the View Reports tab and click the Mastery for [teacher name] link.
Alternatively, you can click the Teacher drop-down menu [2] and select a teacher in the list.
View Instructor Report Details
View the teacher-level mastery chart [1]. The report also displays mastery charts for each of the teacher's courses with students that completed the assessment [2].
Open Course Assessment Tracker
To open the tracker for a listed section, click the Mastery for [section name] link.
