The Student Report report details how each student performed on the test by item and standard. The report also summarizes performance by item and standard for all students.
The report shows letter responses for multiple choice items and numeric scores for technology-enhanced items (TEIs).
Open Assessment Analytics
To access this report, click the Reports drop-down menu  and select Assessment Analytics . (Refer to Accessing Assessment Analytic Reports for details.)
View Student Response Report
The Student Response report includes three sections: Report Parameters , Overall Performance , Percent Correct by Standard , and Student Responses .
To view a different report, click the Switch Report drop-down menu . Select an option from the menu and click the Run Report button .
Select Report Parameters
In the Report Parameters section you can filter the data displayed in the report using the following filters:
- School Year : Select the school year for the report.
- District : Select the school district for the report.
- School : Select the school data to view in the report.
- Teacher : Select the teacher whose course data will display in the report.
- Class/Section : Select the class or section for the selected instructor.
- Standard Set : Select the learning standard set for the report.
To run the report with the selected filters, click the Run Report button .
To export the report as a Microsoft Excel file, click the Export to Excel button .
Note: To create a PDF file of the report, export the report as a Microsoft Excel file and then save it as a PDF.
View Overall Performance
The Overall Performance section displays the average percent correct score for the group , the average number of items correct , the number of students tested , the number of items tested , and the number of points possible .
Note: If there are students scheduled to take this assessment in multiple classes, they are only counted once in overall performance calculations.
View Percent Correct by Standard
The Percent Correct by Standard section displays the average number of points correct , average percent correct , and average percent correct per standard .
