What to do when a Certify Administrator leaves the district

For the Certify Administrator leaving the district:

1. Change their STATUS to "No Longer With Account".
2. Add "FORMER" before their title. ("IT Manager" --> "FORMER IT Manager").

3. Remove email address and phone number.

4. Remove "Certify Administrator" from Customer Contact Role.

5. Go to Certify NextGen.

6. Delete user account.

For the person entering the district:

1. Add Contact Name.

2. Add Account Name.

3. Add email address.

4. Add "Certify Administrator" to Customer Contact Roles.

5. Update Status to ACTIVE.

6. Confirm user account exists in Certify Instance.

7. Go to Certify NextGen.

8. Add Certify Admin as Primary Contact and Primary Email on the Customer Information page.
