To update NextGen whitelist

If your IP address changes and you need to update the NextGen whitelist, here is what you do:

1. Create a Jira ticket for the request. (Put it in Keith's name and he'll triage the ticket and then put it in Kevin's name.)

2. There is no need for a Freshdesk ticket for this type of whitelist. (However, there is a need for a Freshdesk ticket to update the Certify websites whitelist.)

Kevin will have to update the load balancer that does not require any downtime.
