Create customer in Certify NextGen if it does not already exist.
Add schools or add/make sure existing schools have state IDs.
Be sure to add school DIST / All District Campuses.
Enable TSDS Observation schedules in Certify NextGen.
Either enable Campus or Charter schedules based on the district but not both.
Follow the following Steps from the File Loader Provisioning Guide document:
Check CUSTOMERS table for existing records first. If none, then run InItCustomers.sql (be sure to update NCES and SIS). Or manually insert record into CUSTOMERS tbale. Check CUSTOMERS table that records are there.
Check DISTRICT table for existing records first. If none, then run InItDistricts.sql (be sure to update NCES). Or manually insert record into the DISTRICT table. Check DISTRICTS table that records are there.
Populate TX_TSDSFileLoader.Import_settings table. Copy records from an existing district.
Create support account in Certify NextGen for the district.
Run usp_GrantTSDS_FILE_LOADER_PERMISSION using TX_CertifyRepository to grant access to load files.
Log into the File Loader using the support account you created.
Upload sample files.
Check TX_TSDSFILELOADER..SUBMISSION_FILES table for errors.
Review Scorecard results.
Schedule Scorecard review and training session
Add TSDS reports to existing users or create new users in Certify NextGen.
Be sure to Run usp_GrantTSDS_FILE_LOADER_PERMISSION using TX_CertifyRepository to grant access to users to load files.
