How do I create Assessment Performance Level mappings for my institution?

Your institution's assessment platforms can be integrated with your Videri account. Once integrated, you can map performance level indicators by color and sequence. Mapped performance level indicators display when viewing assessment result metrics in Videri.

In the Navigation Menu, click the Admin link.

In Administration Navigation click the KPIs link [1] or on the Videri Administration page, click the KPIs link [2].

In the Manage KPIs menu, click the Assessment Performance Levels link [1].

Note: On the Manage KPIs Overview page you can click the Assessment Performance Levels link [2].

To map performance level indicators for an assessment vendor, locate the vendor in the chart and click the Edit button.

Note: You can map performance level indicators that have not been mapped, and you can edit existing mappings.

In the Mappings section, click the Add Mapping button.

By default, mappings are not prioritized. To specify a priority for your mapping, enter a number in the Priority field [1].

Specify the performance levels to include in the mapping. Click the Match By drop-down menu [2] and select a text match option. Match By options include Exact, Starts with, and Ends with. Then enter the performance level text in the Text field [3]. Depending upon your match selection and text entry, your mapping may include one performance level  or multiple levels.

Assign a color to the mapping using the Color drop-down menu [4]. You can use the color palette [5], enter a HEX value or RGB values [6], or select a from the provided colors [7].

Specify a ranking for the mapping in the Rank drop-down menu [8].

To save your mapping, click the Save button [9].

View the mapping in the Mappings section [1] and in the Performance Levels [2].
